Refunds

Payment for classroom courses is accepted the day of class, so if a student does not attend or wishes to cancel prior to the start of class, he or she is not charged, or that person’s fee will be refunded if payment was made in advance. For online courses, full refunds will be applied only if the student has not completed more than one lesson in the tutorial.

In the Case of Inclement Weather for Classroom Courses

If payments have been made for a class that must be cancelled due to dangerous weather, attempts will be made to reschedule the class or a full refund of any payments will be given.

In the Case of Insufficient Enrollment

Every attempt is made to avoid cancellations. With the exception of extremely minimal enrollments of two or three, QCAR will hold the class. If a class needs to be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, full refunds will be provided.
